Could someone clarify the status of Adam Ebrahim? He was initially introduced as a consultant from the Glen Price Group, which has been contracted to support the workgroup. However, he now has a ctc.ca.gov email address. Is he an employee of the CTC? It seems very unusual for an outside consultant to be given a state government email account.
